Overview of The DEAL Program

The Developing Extraordinary Active Leaders program - The DEAL PROGRAM - has been designed to address the pressing employee development question organizations face today.

How to develop leaders at all levels to achieve astonishing results?

The design of this program is based on CAR-four Learning Resources Inc., 30 plus years of working with thousands of organizations and individuals, coupled with an intimate knowledge of the prominent authors in leadership development today. Our vast experience in program design combined with our first-hand knowledge of organizational needs has resulted in the DEAL program.

The foundation of the program is that exemplary leaders develop the right skills and practices required to inspire others to willingly follow them. These leaders are exceptional communicators and they know how to lead change effectively. But most of all, outstanding leaders seamlessly incorporate each one of these key areas into their daily routine to become Extraordinary Active Leaders!

The DEAL program will address in-depth each of these three areas - Leadership, Communication and Change - in a very dynamic, experiential, integrative and unique design that will include assessments, presentations, discussions, exercises, case-studies, simulations, e-learning and coaching.

As well, the unique design of The DEAL program has four learning components - pre-program leadership assessment questionnaire; three-day classroom program; three post program web-based "webinars" and a one-on-one post program telephone coaching session to help participants maximize the value of the program.

Research and experience indicates that the more one can reinforce learning over a significant amount of time, the more they retain and apply these learnings in day-to-day job. This is why the DEAL program has been designed with a pre and post program component that will augment the in-class learning.
